# Components:

→ Diploma Wraps

01 - 6 large flour tortillas
02 - 6 slices deli turkey or ham (optional: use cheese slices for vegetarian)
03 - 6 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
05 - 12 thin chive stems or green onion tops for tying

→ Graduation Caps

06 - 12 square crackers (e.g. Wheat Thins or similar)
07 - 12 mini chocolate truffles or peanut butter cups
08 - 12 small pieces of fruit leather or thin licorice strings for tassels
09 - 2 tablespoons melted chocolate for assembly

# Preparation steps:

01 - Lay out one flour tortilla and spread a thin layer of softened cream cheese evenly over the surface. Place a slice of deli meat or cheese on top, followed by a slice of cheddar or Swiss cheese. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape and cut in half to create two diploma wraps. Tie each wrap securely with a chive stem or green onion top. Repeat for all tortillas and fillings.
02 - Place a small amount of melted chocolate on top of each chocolate truffle or mini peanut butter cup. Press a square cracker firmly onto the chocolate, forming the flat top of the graduation cap. Cut fruit leather or licorice into small strips and attach each strip as a tassel on top of the cracker using a dab of melted chocolate.
03 - Arrange the completed diploma wraps alongside the assembled graduation caps on a serving platter for presentation.
