01 - 1 large ripe mango, peeled and diced
02 - 2 medium ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
→ Dairy
03 - 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt for dairy-free option)
→ Sweetener
04 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, to taste
→ Flavorings
05 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
# Preparation steps:
01 - Place mango, bananas, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
02 - Taste the mixture and, if a sweeter flavor is desired, add additional honey or maple syrup and blend again.
03 - Pour the blended mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.
04 - Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for no less than 4 hours, or until fully hardened.
05 - To release, briefly run the popsicle molds under warm water, then gently remove each pop and enjoy.
