Instructions

Step 1:
In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese sour cream mayonnaise lemon juice garlic powder onion powder salt and black pepper Mix until smooth and creamy.
Step 2:
Transfer the dip onto a large serving plate Use a spatula to shape the dip into a melted snowman puddle — a large uneven circle with a smaller mound as the snowmans head.
Step 3:
Decorate Place two olive slices on the head for eyes and several small olive pieces for a smiling mouth Insert the carrot nose in the center of the face Arrange olive slices or peppercorns down the body for buttons Lay red bell pepper strips around the neck for a scarf Stick pretzel sticks into the sides for arms Sprinkle chopped parsley or chives for a touch of color if desired.
